Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EAP Tutoring website and all tutoring services provided by Bradley Nyaumwe (“Tutor”). By booking lessons, purchasing packages, or accessing digital resources, you (“Client”) agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
The Tutor provides online academic tutoring and digital learning resources. Specific lesson arrangements, including frequency, subject, and duration, are set out in each individual tutoring agreement.
3. Payments

Payments must be made on or before the day of each lesson unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include [Bank Transfer / PayPal / Other].

Late payments may result in suspension of tutoring services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Single Sessions: 24 hours’ notice required. Less than 24 hours may incur a 60% cancellation fee.

Packages: 48 hours’ notice required before the first session for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a 25% fee.

After Packages Begin: Refunds available for unused sessions, minus a 20% administrative fee. Used sessions will be charged at the single-session rate.

No-Shows: If a student does not attend without notice, the full fee will be charged.

Tutor Cancellations: If the Tutor cancels, the Client will be offered an alternative session or refund.
5. Code of Conduct

Clients and students must:

Arrive on time and be prepared.

Engage respectfully during lessons.
The Tutor will: -
Provide a professional, supportive learning environment tailored to the student’s needs.
6. Confidentiality & Safeguarding

Student and client details are stored securely in line with the EAP Tutoring Privacy Policy.

Safeguarding concerns will be handled by the Designated Safeguarding Lead, with escalation to authorities if necessary.

Sessions will not be recorded or shared without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability

The Tutor will make every effort to support the student’s progress but cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or results.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 7 days’ written notice. Outstanding payments must be cleared within 5 business days.
