Refund Policy
At EAP Tutoring, we aim to provide high-quality tutoring and digital learning experiences. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.
Lesson Refunds

Single Lessons: Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled without charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 60% cancellation fee.

Lesson Packages:

Cancelled 48+ hours before the first session: Full refund.

Cancelled within 48 hours of first session: Refund minus 25% cancellation fee.

After package has begun: Refunds for unused sessions will be issued minus a 20% admin fee. Completed sessions will be charged at the single-session rate.

No-Shows: No refunds for missed sessions without notice.

Tutor Cancellations: If the Tutor cancels, the Client may reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
Memberships & Digital Products

Memberships: Fees are non-refundable once access has begun, but clients may cancel future renewals at any time.

Digital Products & Courses: As these are instantly accessible, they are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience technical issues accessing content, please contact us for support.
