We offer a full refund if you cancel your tutoring session at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may incur a 60% cancellation fee.
To request a refund, please contact us at eaptutoring1@gmail.com (eaptutoring1@gmail.com)with your order details and the reason for the refund request. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first session. If you cancel within 48 hours of first session, you may get a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee. If the package has already started, refunds for unused sessions will be issued minus a 20% admin fee. Completed sessions will be charged at the single-session rate.
