Digital Delivery Policy

At EAP Tutoring, all of our products, courses, and memberships are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods.

How Delivery Works

  • Mini-Courses & Resources
    Once your payment is complete, you will receive instant access via email or direct download. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for your confirmation email.

  • Lesson Packages
    After purchase, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange your tutoring schedule. Lessons are delivered online via our chosen video platform.

  • Online Courses
    Our ​online mini-courses are hosted directly on the EAP Tutoring website. After purchase, your account will automatically gain access to the course in our Members Area. From there, you can:

    • Watch course videos on-demand from any device.

    • Track your progress as you complete lessons.

    • Download worksheets and resources linked to each episode.

  • Memberships
    Access to your member dashboard begins immediately after signup. Within 48 hours, you will also be contacted by email to help you:

    • Choose the online course(s) you would like included in your membership.

    • Confirm where you would like your digital resources sent (email or shared drive).

    • Unlock any additional rewards or bonuses linked to your membership plan.

Issues with Access

If you do not receive your digital content within the stated timeframe, please contact us at eaptutoring1@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • All digital resources and courses are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Membership rewards may vary depending on the plan selected.

  • We recommend saving your downloads and keeping your login details secure.
